My passion for makeup really started when I was about 4 years old and my mom gave me a fake makeup kit. My love for art grew as I got older. Initially, when I started college, my plan was to be a photographer. It wasn't until I met an independent CEO of a new film studio that I found I wanted to be a makeup artist. I worked for Versa Studios LLC for 3 years as a key makeup artist. After working on a feature length film and several short films, I decided to attend school for makeup artistry in Chicago. I was then hired as a certified makeup artist with MAC Cosmetics. I live for those speechless moments when my client looks in the mirror and says, "WOW! This is exactly what I wanted."
